SMART Recovery Groups

SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training) is a free group program that helps people overcome any problematic behaviour, including addictions to alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, gambling, food, shopping, and more.

SMART recovery meetings are a non-judgemental space where you can connect with others for mutual support.

Sessions provide peer support for any addictive behaviour including, drugs, alcohol, gambling, cigarettes, food, etc.

SMART recovery can help to build and maintain motivation, cope with urges and cravings, manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, and help lead a balanced life.

Guided by a trained facilitator, BHN offers both face to face and online sessions: Details to be provided.
